  1. Outbound > Campaign Overview

  2. Enter Closedminimum criteria

       
    Report Template Campaign Overview
    Campaign Name e.g. Sales Campaign
       

  3. Add Summary Type: Queue

     

     

  4. Press Preview Icon from toolbar to view report

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Press Export in Preview toolbar to export as a document (e.g. .pdf, .xlsx)
  2. Press Save in Reports interface to save your inputs in the Templates cache
  3. Press Schedule in Reports interface to automatically send reports by email or network share via the Scheduler
